Set Custom Program

The PCA 2000 can store seven personalized programs (0 – 6). To access the Custom menu, select the CUSTOM icon from the Set Program menu.

The Custom program allows the user to adjust:

  • The UV power from 1% up to 100%.

  • The exposure time from 1 second to 100 hours.

  • The temperature from 20° C to 60° C / 68° F to 140° F.

To store a new Custom program:

  1. Select Custom from the bottom of the Set Program menu.

  2. From the Custom Program list, choose the number of programs to edit from Prg 0 – Prg 6.

  3. Once the program has been selected, press Set PRG toward the bottom of the screen.

For each custom program, the power, temperature, and time can be adjusted individually:

Power

  1. From the Set PRG menu, select Power to adjust the power for this custom program.

  2. Adjust the power from 1 – 100% using the plus and minus symbols.
  3. Once the adjustment is made, select the Back button at the bottom-left of the menu to return to the Set PRG menu.

Temperature

  1. Select Temp to adjust the temperature for this custom program.

  2. Adjust the temperature from 20° to 60° C / 68° to 140° F.

  3. Once the adjustment is made, select the Back button at the bottom left of the menu to return to the Set PRG menu.

Time

  1. Select Time to adjust the curing time for this custom program.

  2. Adjust the time from 1 second to 100 hours.

  3. Once the adjustment is made, select the Back button at the bottom left of the menu to return to the Set PRG menu.

Verify the Power, Temp, and Time are correct. When ready to begin the curing cycle, press the Start button at the bottom-right of the menu.
