Live Platform

Live Platform functions as your centralized cloud-based portal for all your devices, as well as organizational management, knowledge access, and quick access to support.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main page you will see once logged into Live Platform. From here, you can access:

  • Notifications
  • Your user profile
  • Main Menu
  • Build tiles
  • Manage tiles
  • Learn tiles
  • Support tiles

Notifications

The bell-shaped icon in the top right corner of the Dashboard shows pending notifications, such as machine licenses or course reminders. A small red circle indicates the number of pending notifications.

User Menu

All users may use this menu to:

Edit Profile

This is where you can update your personal information.

Change Password

If you need to update your password for Live Platform, you may do so here.

Logout

When finished with Live Platform, log out using this option.

Tiles

Learn tiles

These tiles provide access to the corresponding Knowledge Bases depending on your machine manufacturer. These include:

  • Desktop Metal® Knowledge Base
  • Desktop Health® Knowledge Base
  • ETEC Knowledge Base
  • ExOne Knowledge Base

You may move between these Knowledge Bases with the use of links at the bottom of each page.
