The printer is equipped with an internal PC that has limited storage capacity. To optimize performance, it is advisable to regularly delete print job folders from the printer. When the internal hard drive is nearly full, you may encounter error messages, notice a delay in touchscreen responsiveness, or experience issues with updates.

Step-by-step

1. Navigate to Job List from the printer's home screen.

2. Select the print job file by clicking it.

Tip: To select multiple print job files, check the corresponding boxes. This allows you to delete the files in bulk.

3. Select the Waste Bin icon located in the top right corner.

The following confirmation screen appears.

4. Select OK to confirm the deletion of the selected job file(s).

→ The selected print job folder(s) have been deleted from the printer.
