The PCA 2000 has a removable post-curing tray that holds models equidistant from the internal LED bulbs during the curing process.
1. Carefully cut any supports from the model(s) using snips. It is recommended to remove supports before post-curing.
2. Place the clean dry model(s) on the removable tray inside the PCA 2000.
3. Close the curing chamber lid.
4. Plug in the power cable to turn on the PCA 2000.
5. Using the touch screen, set the Custom curing program recommended for your material.
6. When ready, press Start.
Set New Custom Program
1. Select Custom from the bottom of the Set Program menu.
2. From the Custom Program list, choose the number of programs to edit from Prg 0 – Prg 6.
3. Once the program has been selected, press Set PRG toward the bottom of the screen.
For each custom program, the power, temperature, and time can be adjusted individually:
Power 1. From the Set PRG menu, select Power to adjust the power for this custom program. 2. Adjust the power from 1 – 100% using the plus and minus symbols. 3. Once the adjustment is made, select the Back button at the bottom-left of the menu to return to the Set PRG menu. |

Temperature 1. Select Temp to adjust the temperature for this custom program. 2. Adjust the temperature from 20° to 60° C (68° to 140° F). 3. Once the adjustment is made, select the Back button at the bottom left of the menu to return to the Set PRG menu. |

Time 1. Select Time to adjust the curing time for this custom program. 2. Adjust the time from 1 second to 100 hours. 3. Once the adjustment is made, select the Back button at the bottom left of the menu to return to the Set PRG menu. |
Verify the Power, Temp, and Time are correct. When ready to begin the curing cycle, press the Start button at the bottom-right of the menu.
