The following formats of models are supported : *.stl, *.3mf, *.cli, and *.slc.
There are several ways to open a file:
- Go to
> Open and select your model.
- Drag and drop a model directly into the open software.
- Press the
button on the left Toolbar and select your model.
- Press <Ctrl>+<O> and select your model.
Important: Models must fit inside the printable space. If a model extends beyond the printable area, resize or reposition it, see Change Model Size and Orient Model.
Open .slc Files
Before loading a sliced file, select the buildstyle file with the same layer thickness as in the sliced file. If the layer thickness of one or more sliced files differs from the one in the buidstyle file, you will get notified.
Open .3mf Files
When the .3mf files are opened, both the models and previously selected supports are loaded. Proceed with the already existing supports for the model or create new ones, see Auto-generate Supports or Add Supports Manually.
