Buildstyle is a set of parameters that communicates with a printer on how to process the material it is printing.
Uploading a Buildstyle
Important: See Buildstyle Files to download the latest buildstyle for your material and printer combination.
To upload a buildstyle:
1. Open Envision One RP.
2. Press Create to open a new platform.
→ A new platform is open.
3. Press Print Setup in the right upper corner of the platform.
→ The following dialog box is open.
4. Press the 
button and select Upload New.
→ The Windows file explorer opens, showing the folders on the printer.
5. Open the folder that contains buildstyles you want to add to Envision One RP.
6. Select the required buildstyle (s) and press Open.
→ The selected buildstyle (s) is added to Envision One RP.
Select Buildstyle
To select a buildstyle, proceed as follows:
1. Open Envision One RP.
2. Press Create to open a new platform.
→ A new platform is open.
3. Press Print Setup in the right upper corner of the platform.
→ The following dialog box is open.
4. In the Buildstyle field, select the installed buildstyle from the drop-down list. The drop-down list contains the loaded into the software buildstyles for the selected material and layer thickness.
Notice: The number of buidstyles available in the drop-down list depends on the selected printer, material, and layer thickness in the corresponding fields above the Buildstyle field.
5. Press Apply.
→ The selected buildstyle file is applied.
Quick Calibration
It is performed when the material shrinkage coefficient needs to be tuned after selecting another buildstyle. Quick Calibration can be performed by the user as well as by authorized personnel.
1. In Envision One RP, select the required printer and corresponding bs2 file.
2. Select Menu > Calibrate Printer.
→ The following window appears.
3. Press Send to Printer.
→ The file is sent to the selected printer.
4. Print the L-shaped job model.
5. After the L-shaped job is printed, clean it well and post-cure the model as required for the used material.
6. Measure the printed model as shown below using a caliper.

7. In the Control Software of the printer, select Settings > Move and Calibration > Quick Calibration.
8. Enter the obtained X and Y values to the appropriate fields.
9. Press Save to confirm.
→ The calibration data are automatically sent to Envision One RP.
Notice: The coefficients can be recalibrated as many times as needed. The updated calibration data are automatically sent to Envision One RP.
