This feature lets you open the support case directly from the printer.
1. Select Settings > Support > Request support.
2. Type your email in the Email field.
3. Type the printer serial number in the Serial Number field.
4. Select Symptoms, select the issue(s) by checking the corresponding box.
5. If the issue is not in the list, select Other, type the issue using a keyboard and confirm with OK.
6. Select the back button to save the changes and return to the Request support menu.
→ Once all fields are filled, they are marked with green checkmarks.
7. Select Send Request.
→ Your request has been submitted. The next available technician will assist you.
