Material ID mismatch for Model X resin on new Einstein printer

Material is verified Model X beige from Desktop Health and has an attached material ID card taped and attached with a rubber band to the bottle.  Both calibration and generic job sent to printer result in the same error when trying to print.  I even went as far as to use a material ID card from a second bottle of Model X with the same result.  What should I try next?

What am I missing?

  Hi Rolando! Sorry to hear that the incorrect tag was shipped. I just processed an RMA to have the correct tags shipped to you priority overnight.

  Would you mind sending one for the second bottle also?  I think we have five bottles total, but I've only checked two.  Thanks in advance and have a great weekend :)
