Desktop Health® is excited to share our new, improved knowledge base!

You’ll notice the look and feel of the updated KB is very similar to the current one. Most of the changes are behind the scenes, such as a new content management tool we’re using to write and manage the articles. This tool, along with other unseen changes, will help us be more efficient in delivering the content to you.

Some exciting improvements you will see include:

  • What’s New in the Knowledge Base - To always be updated on new content, you can now quickly get to a list of the latest new and updated articles.

  • New Search filters – You can narrow your search based on product. Type a search term and then click the filter drop-down to select a product. Only articles on the specified topic and product will display.

  • Easily share topics – Use the Share button to copy a topic’s url to share with someone.

  • View when an article was last updated – It’s easy to identify when an article was last updated by the date displayed at the top of every article.

  • Easy access to all knowledge bases. – To jump between knowledge bases (when you have the appropriate access), use the knowledge base links at the bottom of the page.

  • Availability in Live Platform – Live Platform (https://platform.desktopmetal.com/) is your one-stop shop for all content. See About Live Platform™.

  • New SDS portal – The SDS portal https://mu03rds04.mslive.one/TeamDMSDS now gives you access to the latest Safety Data Sheets in multiple languages for Desktop Health® non-medical materials.

     

  • Improved user experience – It’s easier to browse and find topics.

  • Better integration with device software and Customer Support responses – Our printers’ touchscreens and software can easily link to knowledge base articles.

  • Request an article or provide feedback - As always, we welcome your feedback. Please use the form at the top of the page to let us know how we are doing, and to request new content be added to the knowledge base.
