Partially Successful Print
Most of the models adhered to the build platform, but some did not stick. Possible reasons:

The printer is completely calibrated and tested during fabrication. However, in rare cases, the calibration needs to be carried out by the printer owner to guarantee uniformly accurate build results.
Perform the Home position calibration. To do that:
1. On the Home screen of your printer, select Settings > Move & Calibration > Home Calibration.
2. Proceed with Home position calibration.
3. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support.

Incorrect handling of materials can cause poor surface quality. To avoid this:
1. Make sure you prepare your materials properly for printing, refer to the Instructions for Use for each material.
2. Refer to Maintain Materials to make sure you maintain your material correctly.
3. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support.

The material tray is consumable with an approximate lifespan of up to
To ensure the quality of printed models, order a new material tray before the current tray expires or becomes damaged. Check for replacement signs.
Also, avoid potential material contamination. Cleaners or water are not allowed in the material tray. To avoid total contamination of a bottle, have a separate bottle to pour the material into when you aren’t using it so you don’t pour it back into the fresh bottle of material.
Only the supports adhered to the build platform. Possible reasons:

Correct support generation is crucial for a high-quality print. There are two ways to generate the supports in Live Build DLP software:
-
manually, see Add Supports Manually
-
automatically, see Auto-Generate Supports
1. Make sure you generate supports correctly referring to the links above.
2. If the supports were generated correctly and the part still has issues sticking to the support, either increase the tip thickness or add more supports. You can add more supports or increase the beam spacing manually so all the supports are closer together.
3. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support.
The surface quality of the models is poor. Possible reasons:

Correct environmental conditions are crucial for high-quality print.
1. Make sure you created the perfect working conditions for your printer.
2. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support.

The Live Build DLP software takes print files and prepares them for transfer to the printer. Everything that is printed using the Live Build DLP must pass through this software successfully.
1. Make sure the file you want to print meets all the requirements in Live Build DLP.
2. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support.

The job completed and there is no cured material on the build platform or in the material tray. Nothing printed at all. Possible reasons:

-
Shut the printer down and unplug the power cable from either wall or the printer.
-
Once unplugged, hold the power button down for 10 seconds.
-
After 10 seconds, release the power button and plug the printer back in.
-
Turn on the printer by holding down the power button for 4 seconds
-
If the problem still persists, contact Customer Support.

The job is too high for the printer`s Z-axis.
Regenerate the number of layers and/or layer depth of the job in Live Build DLP.

This error indicates that the new DLP board has not been flashed.
After replacing the DLP board, reinstall or update the printer control software, see Update Software. The board will then be automatically reflashed.
